By submitting your information to us via the form on our website or in the gallery, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com processes your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We do not pass your information onto any further parties.

The reason we use this basis: To complete your purchase and organise delivery of the item(s) purchased.
We process your information in the following ways: We process your data to organise the fast and efficient processing of your order.
Data retention period: We shall retain your information until the contract between us ends or the information is no longer required to be held for tax purposes and we believe it is no longer useful for us or you to store this information.
Sharing your information: We pass on relevant information to our couriers to deliver your item(s) in a fast and efficient manner. Couriers regularly include but are not limited to ParcelForce, ParcelHero and ParcelMonkey.

Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter/marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed below. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons/tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as times, dates, IP addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences/the information we hold about you at any time.
